Responsibilities: - Own and manage recruitment lifecycle - cooperate with recruiting partner, source candidates, facilitate referrals and ensure talent pipelines are running well - Partner with management on workforce planning and succession planning - Responsible for tracking and maintaining key data and metrics pertaining to the employee base and periodically reporting the same to business/function leaders - Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential - Creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs - Drive and execute performance appraisals and various other employee engagement initiatives - Be a campus ambassador and lead campus recruitment efforts Requirements: - Atleast 3 years experience in the role of HR Business Partner - Post graduate degree in HR preferred - Overall knowledge of HR full functions, hands-on experience in talent pipeline management and employee relationship - Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders - Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment - Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently - Experience of the role and functions of a human resource manager within a technology organization - Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks as per need of the hour
