VMock - Manager - Client Success (1-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Liaising with University Career Services divisions to gather and understand their requirements
- Analyse client requirements and prioritize scenarios and features for development
- Work with multiple product teams and business disciplines to customize VMock's offerings as per client requirements
- Develop technical domain expertise and formulate strategies to drive user engagement
- Forecast and track key account metrics to derive insights and build a - success plan- with the appropriately identified objectives, milestones and metrics needed to achieve them
- Owning post-sales account management and communication for key accounts across the globe
- Regular analysis of data and maintenance of accurate records to share with upper management, senior leadership or clients
- Design presentations for client deliverables/presentations
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in the high-tech space
- MBA from a top business school in India or abroad
- Prior experience in geographies like US or Europe preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to formulate & articulate technical, financial and value points
- Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies
- Ability to independently develop expertise in new emerging technologies
- Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Candidate will be required to work in full capacity in evening shift (1 pm - 10 pm) to work with US clients
