VMock - Associate/Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Play an active role and support the sales function to ensure growth of the company
2. Identify new sales opportunities, customize communications strategies, and ensure salespeople are loaded with opportunities
3. Prepare periodic sales pipeline, revenue reports, and dashboards and conduct analysis to determine key metrics and trends
4. Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
5. Drive initiatives including strategic planning, territory optimization, sales process optimization, forecasting etc.
6. Partner with other sales team members to identify opportunities for sales operations improvement and jointly implement them
7. Able to use data, analysis, and business acumen to determine the best opportunities to grow business and win new customers
8. Ensure effective (timely, accurate and thorough) reporting to the top management for business units on all key metrics
9. Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables
10. Identify and implement business process enhancements
Requirements :
1. MBA/ UG from a top tier B school/ university
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
4. Ability to analyze data and generate reports
5. Attention to detail and accuracy with strong business acumen Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiatives with a strong work ethic
6. Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills
7. Detailed working knowledge of MS Office with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel
8. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work well under pressure
