Job Description: -

- Strategize and lead online and offline marketing for target segments in the US and Europe

- Fully own email marketing efforts and activities to users and clients

- Manage communications with clients and develop innovative strategies to ensure client satisfaction

- Understand and analyze user- behavior to drive client recommendations and marketing activities

- Report key performance metrics to clients and senior management

- Drive product innovation using various data intelligence techniques and market research

- Address queries received on user support and client success portal

Requirements:-

- UG from a Top-Tier school with 1-2 years of relevant work experience

- Previous experience in account management and email marketing preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills coupled with strong business acumen

- Self-starter with a passion for work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

- Flexible and responsive, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines

- Creative and can-do attitude

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information

- Strong bias for impact based action - to be able to work in fast-paced startup culture

Salary offered: 6 - 20 LPA
