Vivriti Capital - Structured Finance Role (5-7 yrs)

- Managing very high volume and transaction execution traffic on Marketplace

- Do take a look at the volumes we have already closed. Transaction traffic is high and we will be moving to very high zone

- Product development and launch, Process design on Marketplace: Structured, Vanilla financial products for Clients, Investors

- Opportunity to think through, pen thoughts from scratch, sync up with internal teams, to launch and scale business ready products

This will also mean: 

- Working together with passionate, energetic counterpart teams within Vivriti Capital (Business, Capital Markets, Risk, Data Science, Legal, Technology, Accounts)

- Managing institutional relationships (Market Participants on Vivriti Market Place) incl Rating agency, Legal counsel, Trustee, Auditors, Investors, Clients

Desired Skills and Experience : 

- Possess 5-7 years of relevant experience in structured finance, deal structuring and execution desks and team management

- Prefer prior experience with Rating agency, DCM teams of Foreign/ Private Sector Banks, Investment Banks - transaction structuring/ Advisory / Structured Finance desks

- Prefer experience of handling products including Securitisation (ABS/MBS), Structured Bonds, Onshore/Offshore deals, Quasi / mezzanine debt structures

- Prefer experience in Financial Services sector, experience in Corporate Finance beyond Financial Services industry is welcome

- Understanding of regulatory and legal contours pertaining to financial services in India as well as offshore; especially RBI, SEBI guidelines

- To manage Fund management, Alternative Investment management, FPI management

- Experience in handling derivative, structured products like ECB, Masala, Structured bonds, Quasi equity/debt products

- Ability to structure, discuss the deal contours with the relevant business team, capital market team and execute the transactions to meet the client's complex financing requirements (end to end) within the purview of business and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to conceptualize and ideate new products tailor made to suit client's requirement

- Ability to document the product functionalities in great detail in form of Product Notes

- Ability to work in cross functional team, revamp the internal process to achieve efficiency and scale

- Be brilliant with numbers, interpreting data and solving problems and at the same time be able to build business relationships, talk to various levels of an organisation (CXOs to analysts), get work done by various people

- Well versed in MS Excel and other financial modelling tools - knowledge of VBA will be an additional advantage

- Present / articulate / position an idea compellingly

- Make sense of the macros - economic analysis, sectoral drivers, what regulators do

- Possess a working understanding of law and regulations and the ability to understand and negotiate complex legal documents

- Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure

- Think strategically - convey as much in stakeholder conversations and also aid in thought leadership within the team

- Be as ambitious and passionate as we are, and hence be willing to go out of her / his way to forge relationships, burn the midnight oil to meet targets and deadlines

- Have demonstrated acumen and intent through excellent academic record (minimum qualification - MBA in finance/CA)
