This platform is powered by proprietary credit underwriting practices which are leaps beyond traditional underwriting that rely on static data or are handicapped for deep drill down analyses. Vivriti Capital (NBFC) This is the prop balance sheet which co-invests with other investors on CredAvenue. Skin in the game capital from our own balance sheet of ~ INR 900 cr. Vivriti Asset Management (VAM) The AMC manages privately raised funds through the AIF route. Launched to help corporate treasuries, family offices & UHNIs benefit from our underwriting capabilities listed above, with the added benefit of diversification. We have the largest credit team in India with ~30 CA / CFA / Rating agency / Big Four audit co alma maters evaluating deals threadbare and continuously monitoring investee company credits. VAM is currently raising a 500 cr (250 + 250 green shoe) Cat 2 AIF which has many firsts to its credit incl being the first AIF to come with a Crisil AA+ (SO) and a 20% first loss protection to investors. About the role -

- As part of the AMC sales team, you will maximize institutional and family office coverage in South India covering Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin and tier 2 cities in the 4 southern states. The role will also involve empanelling established distributors and wealth advisors to maximise reach and coverage of VAM funds.

- Onboarding bank, insurance, corporate treasuries and family offices through right selling

- Empanelling key distributors

- Maintaining effective & efficient communication on markets and fund updates to all investors and partners

- Reporting on-ground market intelligence/competitor launches / market share tracking to head office

Reports of Head - Institutional Sales & Distribution based in Mumbai

Desired Skills and Experience -

- MBA

- At least 8 years of institutional sales in a mutual fund / private banking industry / a combination of both

- Sound knowledge of markets and products including competing alternatives

- Flexibility on broader duties like service and operations which aid in bettering sales outcomes with a lean mean flat organizational structure.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Keen focus on execution & outcomes

- Constantly upping the standards and delivering with energy and ownership

- Reliable, rigorous with analytical skills, problem-solving and a sense of priorities.

- Strong presentation skills and experience of presenting to larger audiences. Gravitas and the ability to seek and audience and hold a conversation with CXO / promoter levels.
