Your Role:
- Develop a GTM strategy for the Marketplace for each user category basis
- Generate leads (hunting) and identify new opportunities with new users. - Leverage past relationships and references towards lead generation
- Creation of an organic sales plan- identification of key accounts, building a pipeline of prospects, managing conversion of pipeline to acquire accounts/Users
- Educate and nurture prospects, conducting a demo with each lead and share what the company does and assisting them in identifying how it can help them.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported. Articulate company's value proposition clearly and effectively to the various user segments
- Develop Sales Pitch and Collaterals to reach out to different categories of Users
- Develop and Execute the Engagement Plan for various Users- introductory meetings, demo planning
- Close sales by building rapport with potential account stakeholders, including CXO level relationships; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Develop and execute engagement strategy for existing users to increase activity level and achieve greater traction on the Marketplace
- Provide the necessary inputs to the Internal Teams team based on feedback received from the clients and investors during the demo sessions
- Initiate, facilitate and manage regular meetings with the customers- - C- Level and/or key business managers to develop and expand the relationship and drive new opportunities for business.
- Develop a revenue model for the Market Place based on new user onboarding. Be responsible for delivering revenue target
Basic Qualification
- 6-8 years- experience in presales, sales and business development role with IT Products/ Consulting Firms focusing on BFSI
- Must have prior B2B sales or business development experience, and an understanding of the BFSI space
- MBA/ PGDM degree from premier institution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure, extend time to complete the planned work on time, every time
- Track record of delivering revenue targets
- Insightful, creative, articulate, persuasive, and organized
- Strong work ethic
