About the Company:
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Project Coordination, and Channel Management within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain an accurate database of existing and potential customers/clients, and proactively coordinate to expand business opportunities.
- Regularly meet A & A+ category Architects, Consultants, Builders, and Developers to secure brand approvals and generate project leads.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Project Management Consultants to drive product approvals and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Fa- ade Consultants, Leading Fabricators, and Contractors for brand positioning and project specification.
- Plan and execute targeted business development activities to achieve sales objectives for the region.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide actionable feedback to the organization to refine strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably in Building Materials (ACP, Plywood, Laminates, Architectural Hardware, Glass).
- Strong existing connects with Architects, Fabricators, Builders, and Developers.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and drive results under minimal supervision.
- MBA in sales and related field
