The incumbent will be a part of the marketing team, and report to the Director - Marketing. He / She will be responsible for the digital side of marketing for all categories. They will also be responsible for corporate branding as a whole. The ideal candidate for the role, will have a hands-on experience in e-commerce and / or in digital marketing. Responsibilities - Lead digital marketing & content strategy for all categories - Formulate and own the digital marketing calendar for all categories and the Butterfly brand. - Manage all social media pages, with support from respective agencies, to drive engagement - Solely responsible for the brands ORM, across platforms and digital media - Work with the Category Managers to create marketing strategies for new product communications, launches, events, and promotions - Create new product videos communicating features and benefits - Build digital thought leadership and e-Com go to market strategy for all categories SEO, SEM, Display, etc. - Set audience, channel and scheduling strategy to achieve optimal business results across paid, owned and earned media including efforts across digital, email & web. - Define measurement approach and strategy to measure ROI &amp; impact of digital marketing efforts against campaign objectives - Be a custodian of digital marketing insights, historical benchmarks and be an internal consultant on all aspects of digital marketing - Evaluate emerging tech and lead development as required, with agency - Prepare detailed media activity reports - Corporate website development &amp; management with the support of the digital agency - Device strategy to drive traffic to company website and sales thereof - Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all corporate communication materials - Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials. - Supervise all content to guarantee publication-readiness - Lead the corporate branding and public relations agencies - Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner Qualifications - Work experience in all things digital marketing SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, e-Commerce, ORM, etc. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Excellent multitasking and active collaboration skill
