The incumbent, will report to the Head of Brand position. They will own the execution of the brand strategy and plans, across platforms and channels. He/ She will work closely with all the category managers internally and manage all external agencies, to drive excellence in marketing execution. The ideal candidate will be extremely well organised and a very efficient multi-tasker. RESPONSIBILITIES Agency Management - Be the main point of contact for the agency within the company - Coordinate to deliver jobs on schedule on a daily basis - Brief agency on all tasks and projects and handle any changes thereof Media Planning & Management - Assist in the execution of the deals with channels and publications, radio, cinema, etc. - Monitor schedule of actioned v/s planned spots / properties - Prepare estimates for the & issue ROs to agency post approval - Stay updated in terms of upcoming properties & inventory positions on various channels - Build relationship with Media partners & agencies Lead shoots & events - Ensure all approvals and deliveries are done on time - Ensure product availability at events & press interactions - Coordinate with PR team on press releases and image selections Collateral Management - Manage all collateral printing with different vendors - Work with the category to ensure accuracy of all collateral - Work with BTL agency to ensure on time and in full deployment Financial Management - Track, file and manage vendor quotations for all activities (except Media & TVC) - Organise approved estimates for invoice verification and approvals - Manage and track all marketing spends vs annual budget plan QUALIFICATIONS - MBA from a top tier B-school - 2+ yrs. experience in FMCG / FMCD / Telecom across sales & marketing - Brand management experience preferred - BTL activation experience preferred - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
