Looking for a corporate sales manager with experience in selling to SMEs to onboard them on the Vital Monthly Subscription for small businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Identify channel partners and affiliates for acquiring SMEs with strength of 4-200 employees in North or West region
- Build and manage a team of channel managers to hunt, nurture and manage each channel partner
- Do direct hunting of SMEs on Linkedin, through acquired databases and cold calling with a team of corporate sales executives
- Set up teams for inside sales and feet on street team to convert leads to customers
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in selling financial products (banking, insurance, lending) or recruitment solutions to SMEs in North or West
- Direct connects with at least 100+ SMEs in the region
- Understanding of channels/affiliates and partners to acquire relevant SME leads
- Must have managed a team of inside sales, feet on street and sales executives to acquire and onboard SMEs
- MBA preferred
