Job Description-
- Orchestrate an integrated digital customer engagement strategy spanning from post purchase through product benefit utilization and also enabling crosssell/upsell of relevant products and services.
- Establish campaign KPIs and success metrics through deep understanding of business objectives, cross-functional team goals and relevant constraints
- Collaborate cross-functionally customer service, content, marketing, analytics & technology to drive and execute customer engagement strategies
- Establish and drive the implementation of a customer lifecycle marketing model
- Manage reporting to measure and forecast churn, activation, retention, and subscription conversion performance
- Drive customer loyalty, advocacy and share of wallet.
Job Specification-
(Mandatory Skills required)
- Preferably an MBA or Post Graduate degree
- 4-6 years of experience in customer retention and engagement in B2C product categories
- Experienced in creating customer-facing experiences and programs
- Background in creating significant impact on driving customer loyalty, stickiness and share of wallet
- Familiarity with requisite analytics tools and reporting tools
- Familiarity in running automation marketing campaigns
- Solid background in strategy for traditional and digital media channels
- Analytical, results-driven mindset
