Job description-

- Role-holder will transform the retail landscape by integrating product presentation principles with category merchandising and brand vision into holistic retail environments, ensuring product presentation excellence across categories.

- Will be responsible for building product awareness and increasing sales through product presentations that create meaningful consumer retail experiences. Will influence product assortments and establish seasonal retail product presentation plans and create displays.

- Will manage the development and execution of seasonal product presentations that align with the seasonal brand strategies to create a premium retail experience.

- Will lead the in-store product presentation environment across product categories.

- Will partner with and support development of in-store signage, windows and in-store creative elements in order to create the best consumer connection.

- Will also build constructive and effective relationships with key cross-functional business partners to align support of visual merchandising and brand initiatives.

- Will partner to gain insight into seasonal merchandising strategies, ensure key programs are protected and presentation is appropriate for the brand, and provide support and special insight on business growth opportunities and market issues.

- Will also support the training and development Product Presentation teams and key point people in-stores, to ensure our field teams are able to implement and adapt the guidelines to deliver the results and consumer experience.

Requirements for this position include:

- Education – Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Retail or equivalent from leading institutes.

- 8-12 years' in retail marketing with substantial part in visual merchandising and display experience, gained in a multi-store environment across varied territories.

- Demonstrated strength in product merchandising, fixture development, display development and integrated marketing programs

- Strong understanding of the consumer and how visual merchandising supports an exceptional customer experience and drives business

- Proven experience developing and communicating seasonal visual merchandising presentation guidelines / directives

- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting in formal and informal settings

- Ability to communicate vision and influence execution of strategies

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and manage multiple projects independently

- Pro-active problem solver, ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution

- Team player
