Roles & Responsibilities :
- To assist in Benchmarking of HR Best Practices, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits
- Should have a prior work experience in Aviation.
- Market Benchmarking & Analytics across the Aviation Industry for policies, structures, compensation & benefits
- Conduct External Surveys to keep the data (Salary, Policies, Org Structures, productivity norms) updated at all points in time.
- Should be able to do a quick analysis and make recommendations to the management.
