Vistaprint India has planned an escalated growth curve both in terms of volume as well as resources - as such, you will be an integral part of this journey.

Your role will involve:

- Supporting CMO in delivering online channel revenues, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance and customer acquisition cost. Optimize campaigns and continuously drive down customer acquisition costs.

- Developing, executing and delivering revenue targets through online channels like Acq Mail, Affiliates, Social, Re-targeting and Online Display advertising

- Managing online customer acquisition in these channels to generate high quality traffic to website.

- Reviewing and analyzing performance along with campaign reporting. Ensuring revenue and costs per acquisition are managed within allocated budgets, along with delivery of ROI by driving high-quality traffic and conversions.

- Meeting KPIs and conduct spend effectiveness analysis for online campaigns.

- Champion new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital market-place.

- Optimizing operational performance for the business, working closely with creative and marketing analytics teams.

- Effectively manage external vendors (ad networks, publishers, agencies, partners) to execute online campaigns

In return you will bring:

- An MBA with about 7-10 years of experience

- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong understanding of concepts, building strategy and best practices.

- Broader digital marketing skills and experience of campaign management

- Strong leadership skill and ability to inspire team and individual.

- Very strong on data analytic
