In this role, you will drive offline sales revenue by formulating country specific marketing plan for corporate sales and implementing the same to achieve the corporate objectives.

The goal will be to drive the corporate sales revenue and be an integral part of the team in taking these projects from thought to reality.

Vistaprint India has planned an escalated growth curve both in terms of volume as well as resources - as such, you will be an integral part of this journey.

Your role will involve :

- Defining marketing strategies and customer interaction model for the PAN India corporate sales function

- Create a sales model not just including the Vistaprint products but also Vistaprint technology platforms to add process and efficiency driven value for corporate clients

- Innovate on ground activations and channels to reach to diverse sets of target audiences small SMEs to large organizations as well as high school to college students

- Responsible for strategic client servicing, sustain key interface with clients and set the tone for staff in terms of client servicing expectations.

- To oversee product/service development, pricing, marketing budgets, and sales objectives

- To provide solid positive leadership of sales team with clear direction, motivation to achieve expectations both financial and non-financial.

- To build annual sales to then convert into into quarterly and monthly operational plans and develop, on a regional scale, sales targets and volume goals.

- To monitor the monthly/quarterly sales achievement vs Targets (primary/secondary). Analyze the sales figures and take corrective action in case of non-achievement of targets

- To identify key customer segments/key accounts who add the most value/profit to your organization and communicate their importance to the team.

- To monitor, analyze MIS reports time-on-time and take necessary actions as required.

- Track and monitor sales force expenditures, and compare to budget.

- Ensuring that business is conducted in line with Companys policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core

- Ensuring that rapid testing and learning continue within the channel to promote incremental growth.

In return, you will bring :

- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, business or similar degree

- 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, Corporate Sales

- Solid understanding of ground-level sales drivers
