Visiontech Systems - Business Development & Presales - IT (3-18 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Presales:
- Develop Business independently for Cyber Security solutions and services involving all the solutions products & compliance as per VISIONTECH Portfolio
- Supporting Account Managers in presales and sales support for Cyber Security, Solutions and Cloud Security and related services
- Attend targeted meetings for business development and solutions
- Contribute business development and presales activity around region with willingness to travel on business / presales for specific periods
- Advise, Develop & Maintain Partnership with Solutions Partners and Channels
- Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
- Responsible for providing pre-sales support to our internal sales and technical staff, customers and distribution partners with sizing guidance on cyber security, cloud security and Hyperconverged Systems encompassing Networking, Servers & Storage integrated solutions.
- Plan, manage and direct solution design / integration with teams and handle documentation to enable accurate solution assembly based on end customer requirements.
Tender & Documentation
- Contribute in all tender preparation and necessary solution documents for the mentioned portfolio.
- Contribute to best practice and highest level of process and documentation standards for mentioned portfolio.
- Monitor and supervisor technical project teams on complicated projects to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handles technical escalations resulting out of solution challenges
- Liaison with OEM vendors and TAC for solution/ design related bottlenecks that are beyond project manager's boundary.
- Coordinates effectively with Projects Team for Project Knowledge Transfer in details. Following information to be provided by Presales to project team
- High-level customer expectations
- Acts in supporting role, during phases of Project from inception through completion.
Customer & Internal Relationship Handling
- Influences Sales and Accounts team in winning of business by providing right solution
- Manages customer expectations and intervenes in solution challenges during project delivery phase
- Manages Change (if customer is requiring changes to the solution)
Service Quality - Process Adherence and Enhancement
- Responsible for adherence to processes, Scope, Project Templates
- Maintains and delivers highest quality of work
Above responsibilities for over all geographies in which Visiontech is conducting the business (UAE, KSA, Bahrain Africa, USA)
Must have good Communication Skill
Ready to relocate to UAE.
Employment Visa to be provided by Company
