What you will do as a Strategic Sales Professional:

- Ability to close deals, generate opportunities and fulfilling the sales metrics.

- Participate in client discussions and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Customer Business Planning, Innovation, Sales & Operations Planning

- Connect and influence CFO/CIO/CEOs/COOs and relevant stakeholders for hunting and cracking new deals.

- Ability to discuss with Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities

- Provide insights on client's business and financial performance and drive business strategies within operating teams to add value to the client

What the ideal candidate looks like:

- We are looking for someone who puts people first, working in the best interest of both our employees and the company. This person should have a strong understanding of people relations and engagement to navigate situations thoughtfully and effectively.

- Full-time MBA from Tier 1 B- School

- Must be proficient in learning new concepts with agility

- Ability to navigate within the organization, and convert deals

- Must be willing to travel globally

- Minimum 7 years' experience selling consulting and/or outsourcing services within High Tech industry in North American/Indian market

- Minimum of 7 years' experience in direct sales with quota of $15M+

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter - you are proactive and service oriented

- Responsible and decisive to take end-to-end responsibility during a sales cycle

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written

- Experience / exposure to related areas like Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Quality and Compliance.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for a large business entity

- Proven sales leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities

- Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives

- Understands Technology offerings including supporting differentiation and value propositions

- High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure

- Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character.

Deal Breakers:

- Pipeline development for sustainable growth

- Revenue growth achievement

- Client NPS and qualitative feedback

- Adoption of for all reporting and sales activities

- Willingness to learn new processes and unlearn old practices.
