Job Description for Default Servicing Manager:
This position will oversee the organization's Default Servicing outsourced services division including the following departments:
- Loss mitigation
- Foreclosure management
- Bankruptcy
- REO
- Default vendor oversight
- Default call center management
- Other default related departments
Job Requirements:
- Provide leadership and support focused on providing exceptional customer service
- Establish and manage departmental policies and SLAs in conjunction with the VP of Servicing
- Develop comprehensive management reporting ensuring business objectives are met and critical operational / compliance risks are mitigated
- Provide guidance and direction to default servicing staff
- Resolve customer related issues
- Other default servicing related tasks as defined by management
Critical Requirements for all Candidates:
- Must enjoy working with a company that values its team members
- Eight (8) years of Mortgage Servicing experience
- Three (3) years of Default Management experience
- Experience across multiple default loan servicing functions
- Strong PC skill with experience in MS Office
- Detail oriented and strong verbal / written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelines
