Job brief:

The Sales Leader is responsible for supporting the Vertical Sales / Hunting team in identifying opportunities and closing all type (single service line/multiple service lines) and size (small/medium/ large) of deals.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to close deals, generate opportunities and fulfilling the sales metrics.

- Participate in client discussions and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Customer Business Planning, Innovation, Sales & Operations Planning

- Connect and influence CFO/CIO/CEOs/COOs and relevant stakeholders for hunting and cracking new deals.

- Ability to discuss with Visionet Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities

- Provide insights on client's business and financial performance and drive business strategies within operating teams to add value to the client

- Assists in the development of the sales plan.

- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.

- Build an open-communication environment for the team

Requirements and skills:

- Must be proficient in learning new concepts with agility

- Ability to navigate within the organization, and convert deals

- Exposure to data, analytics and insights within this area

- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a matrixes environment

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter - you are proactive and service oriented

- Responsible and decisive to take end-to-end responsibility during a sales cycle

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written

- Experience / exposure to related areas like Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Strategy, Quality and Compliance.

Note:- Applicant should be flexible in working mid Shift / 5 days working.
