What you will do as an Executive Recruiter -

- Partner with our leadership team to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent at Visionet.

- Manage end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating till the closure

- Source for top talent that builds a diverse pipeline of candidates

- Improve our current processes to continue to create scalability

- Maintain recruiting reports and drive toward performance metrics

- Up level our employer brand in all external opportunities

- Manage candidate experience by fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
