Designation: Delivery Leader - Software Services  Responsibilities:  - Heads a 75+ FTE Delivery unit consisting of multi-skilled employees and oversee the delivery of Professional and Managed Services solutions to clients in US and India.   - Operations management and direction of staff, monitor job performance and provide necessary coaching, counseling and motivation to maximize employee contribution and organizational performance.   - Achieve assigned metrics for the organization growth i.e. revenue bookings, and profit margin.   - Drive resource utilization, productivity, revenue growth, and delivery of billable engagements for all services projects running under various client accounts.  - Control attrition by attracting and retaining diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization and skill development.   - Goal setting for the delivery unit, drive performance appraisal process and provide recommendation for annual salary hikes.  - Ensures an adequate level of resources are in place to meet client needs, conduct interviews, oversee billing of all resources and meet account profitability targets.  - Provide thought leadership and value additions to the client with proactive solutions, automations and strong reliable processes.  - Review account issues and risks in a timely manner and take action to ensure smooth functioning and risk free delivery. Drive and coordinate crisis management.  - Work with the Senior Management team on strategic company initiatives to build a great workplace.  Requirements:  - Overall 15-17 years of IT experience spread over software development, professional services, and managed services with at least 2 years in leadership role managing 50+ FTEs.  - Technology stacks - Any of the below.  Application Development and Collaboration - .NET & SharePoint  Business Intelligence - Strong experience in any ETL/OLAP technologies  Enterprise Mobility - Android and iOS Platform  Global Delivery Management:  a) Proven experience in Global Delivery of Software Services.   b) Strong industry Domain Knowledge (BFSI/Retail/CPG) in at least one vertical  c) Experience in leveraging new development methods, tools and frame (Distributed Agile / Devops)  e) Good understanding of Project/Delivery Financials and key levers that influence profitability   f) Manage delivery in multivendor environment.  h) Proven track record of managing project deliverables on time, under budget and quality  i) Pro-active Risk and Escalation Management.  Client Management:  a) Experience in managing client accounts, sustained long-term client relationship and delivered high degree of customer satisfaction.  b) Strong understanding of key client stakeholders/organization and Power Map Equations.  c) Ability to quickly get plugged into the Account team and gain understanding of Account Plan  d) Ability to listen to a client and arrive at a Problem Definition/Business Case.  e) Strong Representative of the Client Brand   g) Escalation Management   Personality:   a) Excellent Communication and Problem Solving skills.  b) Ability to confidently communicate point of view   c) Should be hands on, get into details of engagements. Rolling up sleeves when necessary   d) Collaborative approach, both within the firm and with the client organizations   e) Constantly keep developing the network within the firm and client site   f) Ability to objectively navigate through various stakeholder equations and deliver results  g) Well versed in project and account management financials  h) Strong interpersonal skills with ability in dealing at multiple organization levels   i) Proficient at being flexible to shifting priorities and rapid changes.  Work Location  - AMR Tech Park, Hosur Road, Bangalore.
