- Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes within the Vertical
- Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives
- Leading HR Generalist activities for all Verticals
- Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc.
- Managing Service level agreements. Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
- Design and implement talent management and retention activities
- Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate
- Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent
- Drive external and global HR best practices
Minimum Requirements :
- Two years Full-time MBA (HR) from premier Institute.
- 5-9 years of overall experience in HR.
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems. Exposure to Line HR role would be considered as an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Customer orientation - understanding the true need of the customer and then working out the solutions.
- Should be flexible to work extended hours and late evenings
- Should be able to handle the location
