Finance Strategic Planning Head

Role & responsibilities:

Strategic Development and Investment Planning:

- Develop a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

- Suggest roadmap for value creation and maximisation at holding company level.

- Analyse potential investments opportunities and suggest Go - No Go to senior management.

- Analyse and evaluate financial viability and align investments with strategic goals.

Planning and controlling:

- Perform variance analysis for businesses and adjust forecasts based on actual performance and market conditions in line with long term strategic goals

- Track financial performance and provide insightful reports to senior management to assist decision making

Stakeholder communication:

- Communicate financial strategies and performance effectively to internal stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile:

- 15+ years of experience in Finance Strategic Planning and Investment for the construction projects

- Qualification should be any Graduate with CA / MBA

- Impeccable organizational and communication skills
