Job Description/ Key responsibilities:


AVP/VP-Banking/Treasury


1. Arranging Credit Limits (Fund based & non-Fund based from Banks and Financial Institutions for Working Capital and raising of fund as required


2. Renewal of Limits (Fund based/Non fund based) with banks and submission of CMA data.


3. Preparation of Financial Models for Financial Institutions


4. Monitoring and control of day-to-day banking operation


5. Management of cash and fund flows


6. Bank Consortium Documentation and Correspondence


7. Liaison with Senior officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, PE, etc with consortium banks


8. Review of Validity of Bank Guarantee Periodically and taking appropriate action as and when required and ensuring the safe custody of all original BGs


9. Ensuring that requisite MIS are submitted timely to the managemen


10. Verification of weekly Bank Reconciliation Statement


11. Monthly projected and actual fund flow & cash flow variance report


12. Report on ILC/FLC


Desired Candidate Profile:


1. Qualified CA located at Hyderabad or Willing to Relocated


2. 10-20 years relevant work experience significantly in Fund Banking operation, Cash flow Management


3. Must have skills for MIS for Corporate Finance


4. Professional with hands on experience in Capital raise, Corporate Finance, Investment banking /all Banking related activities


5. Experience of OTS (one time settlement) case


6. Experience in Project Finance/Finance Closure/Corporate Debt restructuring will be an added advantage


7. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


8. Good negotiation skills


9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
