Human Resources : New Stores & PWD Program

- Responsible for end to end hiring & on boarding for New Stores (PAN India) across cadre

- Act as a project manager for all front on boarding (TA Lifecycle)

- Liason with NGOs and NSDC skill agencies to fullfill critical vacancies relating with differently abled candidates (PWD- People with disability)

- Manage, Track and publish dashboards on availability, cost and project progress

- Candidates must be willing to travel as per need for hiring scope of work

- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders- Business, Channel Partners (NGO), HRBP

- This is a high on execution role and candidates interested to do so shall only apply
