Salary offered: 7-11LPA

Lease documentation & co-ordination

Help AVP Leasing in closure of leasing transaction right from proposal stage till the store opens by executing following:-

- Coordinate with the legal team and tenant to conclude MOU and agreements

- Negotiate the commercial clauses in the MOU and agreement

- Follow up with the tenants for getting lease documents signed

- Chase tenants to pay deposits against document signing

- Prepare proposals for tenants

- Keep leasing floor plans updated

- Prepare internal board approval notes

- Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from the executed contract through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading

- Provide required information to the tenant to help close the deal, such as sharing pictures of the proposed store, coordination of CAD drawings, design submission etc

- Co-ordination with brokers and consultants for facilitating leasing and ensuring proper internal approvals for their payments

MIS, Reporting

- Create and maintain tenant databases

- Prepare weekly and other reports for leasing activities

- Prepare leasing presentations
