Virtual CFO - Chief Financial Officer

- Lead the company's financial accounting activity Lead the monthly/Quarterly & Annual close process Present the Financial statements to the management

- Take responsibility for getting the statutory & Internal Audit conducted

- Ensure all statutory compliance's & filings including Tax filings are done on time & accurately

- Plan and perform risk management duties & highlight risks & opportunities

- Analyse and manage the organisation's liabilities and investments

- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

- Provide necessary support on fundraising plans and capital structure

- Determine finance KPI's & SOP's to strengthen the internal controls

- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable

- Supervise, Mentor & guide the finance team

- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors

- Supporting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions

- Adhere to the relevant statutes of ROC, Taxation, Banking and company's internal policies
