Job Title - Talent Acquisition Partner (SME)

Reporting - Talent Acquisition Head

Department - Talent Acquisition

Role - Individual Contributor

Location - Mumbai, Goregaon East.

Purpose :

As an Individual contributor, the role will focus on :

- Effectively using market intelligence to hire candidates for middle and senior management role

- Assess the current and future requirement

- Understanding of the talent landscape in different geographic locations

- Talent Acquisition Analytics and Reporting at the same time being well networked in his domain

- Experience in sourcing active and passive candidate for Middle and Senior Level requirement

Essential Duties:

- Develop creative methodologies for sourcing high quality candidates at Middle/ Sr. Management levels

- Ensure that recruiting services effectively meet business demand for professional and niche skilled requirements

- Foster collaboration within the recruitment team, and liaise with business stake holders and hiring managers

- Provide recruiting direction and leadership as part of the HR Services Leadership Team.

- Establish highly efficient and effective work procedures to ensure high quality recruiting services are provided

- Manage delivery of end to end Recruiting service across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing, and contracting

- Responsible for candidate tracking to drive efficiencies and to push the strategic direction of effectively engaging the candidate at all stages in the process

- Measure, assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Recruitment team

- Identify highly qualified passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and latest search technique.

- Source and screen qualified candidates, through web resume mining techniques and direct cold calling

- Applies industry best practices and studies other organizations- sourcing, branding, and marketing practices to continually strengthen the strategy and execution

- Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates

Experience :

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of extensive hands-on hiring experience as an individual contributor.

- In IT/ Telecom/ ISP/ Managed Network Services/ Infrastructure Management Services Company ( Preferably with Tier 1 / Tier 2 - ISP companies in India).

Education:

- Should be a Post Graduate from well known Reputed Tier I/Tier II institute with a strong passion in Talent Acquisition.
