Overview of Role and Requirements: - Train and lead a team of facilitators at different Virohan training centers - Make annual and quarterly plans to achieve targets along with the Head of Academics. - Execute the plan across all centers PAN India on a daily basis. - Make all students across all centers excellent professionally and self-aware in a standardized manner leading to Virohan becoming a student driven org. - Ensure high student attendance and pass percentage and low student dropout - Daily monitoring and reporting of assigned centers and facilitators. - Ensuring quality training through quality facilitators and managing events. - Handle student escalations. - Analyze data, design and implement solutions while following SOP's. - Your first year targets will be achieving student attendance greater than 85%, pass percentage greater than 80% and dropout less than 7% culminating in increasing the Student Satisfaction Score by 5 points.
