Virinchi - Chief Technical Officer - FinTech Domain

Job Description:

- Seasoned Technology leader who has grown through the technical career path of being hands on developer and product architect, is a must for this position

- Please do NOT apply if you have been primarily in software delivery, project/program management, vendor management, infrastructure management, information security, business development, sales/pre-sales roles

- Ideal candidate will have proven background in building Enterprise scale IT Products from ground up and preferably in Fintech domain

- Proven hands-on experience on Java stack is mandatory - ideally should have spent at least 10+ years as product architect. A multi-technological experience is desirable

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Leading all R&D effort and adoption of new technology across the organization

- Championing technological path of Virinchi's software products

- Rebuilding existing fintech product on all architectural tiers

- Envisioning and building any new product lines as per overall strategic goals of the company

- Leading all technology and product strategy for the company

- Being the leader & mentor to the entire cross-functional development team

- Working closely with the Chairman, CEO, COO and senior leadership of the company

- Being the technology face of Virinchi
