Key Accounts Manager


Role & Responsibilities:


Account Management & Sales Growth:


- Manage and expand brand and category portfolios for outright e-commerce accounts.

- Drive sales by achieving primary and secondary sales revenue targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in both primary and secondary markets.

- Work closely with category managers on portals to plan monthly sales and secure purchase orders (POs).

Inventory & Operations Management:

- Forecast sales and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure stock availability across platforms.

- Collaborate with internal sourcing and production teams to create inward plans and deploy inventory to portal warehouses.

- Reduce non-selling inventory in line with portal guidelines.

- Ensure POs are billed and delivered to partner warehouses on time in collaboration with the operations team.

Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with category managers on platforms to identify growth opportunities and ensure smooth execution of plans.

- Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure timely payment collections.

Online Strategy & Ecosystem:

- Drive online business strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve the digital ecosystem.

- Ensure all e-commerce SKUs are live and optimized for availability on respective portals.

Listing & Platform Compliance:

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product listings on all e-commerce portals.

- Ensure adherence to portal guidelines for listing, pricing, and inventory management.

Preferred Candidate Profile/ Competencies:

- Hands on experience of handling a turnover 30 to 50 crores annually

- Proven track record in driving sales and managing category portfolios.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, sales forecasting, and inventory management.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise across teams and external partners.

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and digital tools.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
