Job Duties & responsibilities:

- Planning and Leading the R&D and Manufacturing Divisions (From Development & Design to Dispatch)

- Development and Design of New and existing machines

- Local and overseas service support and coordination

- Team Management, Administration and Supervision

- Coordination with Sales and other Divisions

Job Specification :

- Technical qualification: BE / B.Tech. from a recognized institute

- Project Management Knowledge. Certification (preferable)

- Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation and inventory processes

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
