Vijay Group - General Manager - Sales (10-20 yrs)
- Must have experience in High Rise & High end residential projects (GM-Thane)(From luxury Real Estate Residential Sales experience)
- Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of real estate sales
- Based on the Management Directive, work out a Sales Plan (Project Phasing and Pricing) and projected Cash Flows.
- Implement the Sales Plan with the concerned Sales Team for each of the projects
- Identifying & developing major accounts, Key areas include business development, direct interaction with major
- Proactively establish a system and carry out an ongoing Competing Project Sales Analysis in terms of their product mix, pricing and Sales Strategy (Offers/discounts/marketing tools). Present the Intelligence gathered to the Management on a periodic basis.
- Tie Up and carryout the procedures required for the Project Retail Financing with several target Banks & Financial Institutions
- Conceptualization and implementation of strategies.
- BD-Developing the new market segments and developing strategic alliances
- Manage pre-launch, project positioning, commercial launch upto project handover
- Extensively connect with HNI investors & users
- Conduct various events to create excitement amongst customers
- Forge marketing alliances with IPCs & intermediaries to identify high end customers; manage database, initiate research & customer survey etc
- Should be able to lead a team of 10-15 people
Other Eligibility & preference criteria :
- Should be a Graduate/ MBA- from a reputed Institute
- Excellent in communications, Analytical, Negotiation & presentations skills
- Comfortable in Thane real estate market
