VIESL - Senior Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Pune at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial activities, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analysing account information.

- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.

- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.

- Documentation for processing equipement loans

- Assisting in Statutory & Tax audit, GST Audit procedures

- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal & statutory requirements of the company.

- Secures financial information by completing database backups.

- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Train and guide accounting team.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge & Experience for GST

- Demonstrates strong analytical accounting skills

- Shows strong leadership skills and manages a growing accounting team

- Income Tax, TDS working & return filing

Qualification: M.com / MBA Finance

Experience: 5-7 years
