Content & Public Relations Executive Content & Public Relations executive oversees the creation and implementation of Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyasagar Preschool, Vidyashilp Community Trust, and Vidyashilp School's content PR and internal/external communications. You will be responsible for creating, editing, posting, updating, and cleaning up content on a regular basis as well. Your duties will also include generating content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. Reports to Marketing and Brand Manager. Public Relations: - Developing Public Relations strategies and campaigns. - Preparing press releases, keynote speeches, and promotional material. - Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management. - Prepare and distribute press releases. - Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson. - Address inquiries from the media and other parties. - Track media coverage and follow industry trends. - Prepare and submit PR reports, manage PR issues. - Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, online, broadcast etc.) Content Writing: - Create, improve and maintain content for Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyasagar Preschool, Vidyashilp Community Trust, and Vidyashilp School across all online and offline media platforms - Specifically ideate and write relevant curated content for websites, blogs, social media, and school marketing materials. - Ensure all content is consistent in terms of intent, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of communication. - Comply with media law and industry guidelines. - Ensure that all content is accurate and plagiarism free.
