Deputy Manager - Alumni Relations

Role Summary:

An alumni relations manager is responsible for all activities and relations of all alumni of Vidyashilp Academy. He/she is in charge of developing and managing engagement programs focused on increasing the depth and diversity of the relationships within school. The alumni relations manager develops and implements alumni engagement strategies

Key responsibilities:

- Own the entire interface and connect with existing and future Vidyashilp Alumni

- Improve the profile of the school(s) by leveraging alumni connect for mentorship programs, internship opportunities, guest lectures, and college placement support for school students

- Build and maintain a detailed database of alumni

- Conceptualise and organise alumni events

- Manage the development of alumni relations

- Involvement in student recruitment, community outreach programs, fundraising programs as well as events and benefit programs

- Prepare and execute the budget and operating plan for the alumni relations team

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Self-motivated, self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent data organization skills, well versed with excel and PowerPoint

- High ownership and outcome driven approach

- Entrepreneurial experience would be a plus
