Job Description -&nbsp; 1) Knowledge of complete Buy &amp; Sell side integrations either in an exchange environment or in connecting either or (Demand or Supply) 2) Product and Working Knowledge of DSPs 3) Product and Technical Knowledge on integration of SSP 4) Defining Cookie Based Product Roadmap for - Audience Segmentation &amp; Bucketing 5) Defining &amp; Understanding - Deal ID - oriented demand side upsides 6) Creating customized Private Marketplaces based on Deal IDs 7) Leveraging existing contacts globally for value based supply integration that are Ad.TXT compliant 8) Working knowledge of various exchanges for immediate leverages either through owned seats or shared opportunities 9) Managing Bid Controls including QPS weightages 10) Throttling bids in accordance to the available demand to matching supply as per defined pre-requisites of a campaign 11) Full working knowledge of RTB 2.4 IAB Compliant 12) Leveraging contacts for vanilla media buys and campaigns that are purely structured around partnerships and driven campaign to campaign through ROs Job Requirements -&nbsp; 1) Previous hands on experience of minimum 3 years in an exchange, RTB or Programmatic Environment either on buy side or sell side or both 2) Previous proven experience of integration with global exchanges like Google, MediaMath or others 3) Proven operational excellence in a bid environment 4) Previous experience with Programmatic Direct 5) Direct exposure in either Supply or Demand in an Agency or Trading Desk 6) Proven Publisher Partnership exposure with successful outcomes 7) Exposure to OTT &amp; Mobile Web Opportunities 8) Successful Digital Marketing experience for large brands with a spend of minimum 100K USD a month on the demand side of the business or successful delivery of such size of budgets monthly on the supply side of the business 9) Minimum 2 years- exposure to direct Programmatic Environment with an overall experience of 5 - 7 years with great interpersonal and cross functional capabilities. 10) Preferably Management Graduates from Premier Institutes. Additional Skillset 1) Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills in English; 2) Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making ability;
