Vice Principal - School

Ashok Hall Group of Schools is looking for Vice Principal for the ongoing academic session:

- Facilitates and assists the Principal in implementing the Vision, Mission and Goals of the school.

- Maintains a healthy relationship with the Principal, Teaching and supporting staff.

- Assists the Principal by supervising and overseeing the overall academic and non- academic activities of the school.

- Assists the Principal in planning and implementing the programmes for teaching and learning and other developmental plans of the school.

- Assists the Principal in creating a conducive environment for teaching and learning in the school.

- Assists the Principal in the day-to-day management of the school including the planning and overseeing of the daily time table for classes.

- Maintains effective data management systems such as student records, attendance, time-table, etc.

- Remains available in the Vice Principals office for general assistance to students.

- Develops and implements systems for recording individual pupils progress and ensures that parents are informed of the progress of their children in the school on a regular basis.

- Maintains effective relationships with all stakeholders (staff, students, parents, Parents Association, Student Council and the wider school community).

- Communicates with students, staff and parents in a positive, friendly and professional manner.

- Implements the Code of Conduct for students and all school policies as per the stated rules and regulations of the school.

- Upholds professional integrity at all times exercising discretion, confidentiality, loyalty and trust.

- Assists in ensuring the security and safety of properties of the school.

Essential Qualification :

- Post Graduate (Science / Maths) with B.Ed.

- Minimum 5 years experience as Vice Principal managing reputed CBSE / ICSE affiliated schools.

- Experience working in Residential school will be an added advantage.

- Salary : 25 Lakhs

- Location Uttarakhand

- Female candidates preferred, willing to work in residential school.
