A Leading MNC is looking for someone to Lead the Well Being and Nutrition for their employees. - Lead the execution of a wide range of well being of employees in India and APAC regions (each region comprising multiple office locations), covering approximately 14,000 employees). - Lead the execution of a wide range of wellbeing activities focused on the long-term health and wellbeing of employees in India and APAC regions (each region comprising multiple office locations), covering approximately 14,000 employees). - Responsible for partnering with benefits team to develop policies and procedures for employee FMLA, leaves of absence, LTD, STD and ADA administration in alignment with state, local and medical laws and regulations. - Initiates, promotes and champions wellbeing initiatives aligned to global strategy - partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure strong employee engagement. - Serves as a resource and advises management on wellbeing needs and best practices. - Ensures adherence to laws and regulations and builds awareness of wellbeing initiatives throughout the region or country. - Participates in company-wide wellbeing projects as needed. - Manages vendor relationships with those external providers delivering wellbeing services and programmes (including Employee Assistance Programme on and off site medical service providers). - Reviews and confirms results of monitoring, analyses and assessments related to wellbeing programs and the employee populations such as health risk levels, leave of absence and disability trends/utilization, etc. - Reviews report results and presents recommendations to management on where additional wellbeing resources may be needed. - Responds to requests from managers and/or HR to co-ordinate employee crisis interventions in the workplace in situations where employees are unstable, suicidal, and dangerous or under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. - Responsible for activating site resources in these situations or responding in person as the primary resource. - No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced professionals as needed and may have team lead responsibilities. Qualification -&nbsp; - Prefer a Masters / MBA in HR with 10-12 years of experience. - Nutrition certification / added wellbeing certification would be preferred.
