Job Description: - Drive his/her own practice with complete P&L ownership. - Acquire new relationships and build networks across the wealth ecosystem. - Manage relationships with ultra UHNIs/HNI's directly/ through existing teams - Build internal & external partnerships to grow the practice - Conceptualize and execute initiatives required to grow the practice - Asset allocation analysis & Financial Planning - Advising clients on suitable investment ideas Candidate Profile: - Candidate should be full time MBA from a premier Institution with at least 10 years of experience in Private Banking / Financial Services / AMC / PMS House / Boutique Family Offices. - Should be passionate about Wealth Management and impacting clients - Should be relationship oriented with good inter-personal and people skills - Should have the DNA for client centricity and quality - Should have excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a good team leader & team player - Should be a self-starter, focused and goal orientated - Should have a strong network amongst the ultra-high net worth individuals
