Warehousing Industrials & Logistics :

An accelerated movement is taking place in India's logistics and warehousing sector and is expected to reach USD 215 billion by 2020. Production & manufacturing have witnessed an exponential growth due to industry policy reforms such as Make in India, GST, digitization & DeMo. These growth drivers have not only accelerated domestic consumption but also played a substantial role in attracting private & foreign investments to unlock this sector's true potential. We have knowledge of expertise and a thorough understanding of the shifting market trends.

Our specialized team assists clients through every stage of the process. We help them analyze the logistics network and improve the overall supply chain experience by optimizing the overall operation cost. Using our accurate research insights, we identify the potential market opportunities and align the best spaces available. Further, we reinvent our market strategies to discover buying, selling and leasing prospects for clients. When it comes to transaction management, we maintain complete transparency.

CRITICAL EXPOSURE :

S/he should come from a background of the leasing industry, IPC, warehousing or logistics. Should have extensive knowledge of brands/companies requiring warehousing space in their respective regions. S/he develops relationships with companies in warehousing space and 3PL companies for bulk leasing; and develops new business opportunities for warehousing space leasing. Drafts and negotiates contracts between lessor and lessee. S/he also coordinates with firms to close legal documents and develops proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY :

- Relationships with brands, companies, manufacturing units, etc. along with existing clients using warehousing space

- Relationships with 3PL companies for bulk leasing

- Responsible for marketing and canvassing new and upcoming locations to clients on BTS (Built to suite) model

- Draft and negotiate new and old contracts between lessors and lessee

- Coordinate with legal and architectural firms to close legal documents

- Responsible for developing new business opportunities for warehousing space leasing

- Develop, coordinate and implement plans to increase existing business and capture new business opportunities along with the BD team

- Collaborate and coordinate with other regional office and business lines

- Work in close coordination with internal teams and tap market sources to identify new leasing opportunities

- Develop proposals in response to RFPs

- Continuously identify opportunities to leverage the organisational strengths and create new avenues of income generation

- Identify avenues for cross-selling different services offered by the organization and generate revenues by cross-selling

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Previous background from the leasing industry, IPC, warehousing or logistics

- Understanding of warehousing, commercial space leasing business

- In-depth knowledge of brands/companies requiring warehousing space in their respective regions

- Knowledge of reading and responding to RFPs

- Ability and understanding of reading and responding to lease / legal documents

- Relationship Management

- A self-governed individual who is motivated to lead a team and be led by seniors
