Vice President - Treasury & Funds - Real Estate (7-10 yrs)
DEBT FUND RAISING :
- Assist in submit the Loan Proposals to Banks/FIs
- Preparing the cash flows/Business Plan for the various projects
- Follow up with Banks and ensure required note for sanction sent to HO
- Assist in obtaining initial term sheet from the Banks
- Ensuring the required credit rating for the loans
- Maintaining and Circulation of MIS periodically on Proposals and existing debts.
RAISING LONG TERM CAPITAL :
- Assisting in restructuring/pooling of group assets to enable fund raising
- Assisting in Structured/PE fund raising and related activities
- To leverage on existing banking relationships
Other responsibilities :
- Coordination with the Banks/FIs/Investors and ensuring timely disbursements
- Coordination with various stake holders within the organization to ensure smooth process flows
Candidate preferred from previous experience from Bank/ NBFC
