Finance Change requires an experienced Business Analyst to support the Treasury / Liquidity Change programme .The candidate will work as a business analyst on projects to implement regulatory priorities for treasury projects excluding liquidity. The candidate will support the projects across the project lifecycle engaging with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements
- Serve as a liaison with managers of line functions to identify, define and accurately document business requirements following CS best practice
- Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
- Should transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Communicates clearly with all stakeholders and demonstrates an understanding of business processes and related issues. Develops multiple solutions options and can convey the merits and issues of each to ensure clear understanding of impact across the organization
- Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for integration, functional, performance and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
- Design training and support documentation for new projects
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery milestones
Work closely with the Global PC/ FA teams and related Finance Change teams, and be involved in the execution of various initiatives planned as part of the Book of Work

Qualifications :
Practical experience of business analysis, testing and project lifecycle disciplines
Proven experience of managing team size of 6-10 members
Worked on projects as a BA delivering Treasury / Liquidity or other Regulatory reporting projects
Strong business analysis capabilities including requirements definition, design, testing and process mapping
Expected to work closely with IT to validate technical design
10-14 years + of relevant work experience in the Financial Services industry
10-14 years + developing and implementing process and system improvement solutions
Experience of managing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
