Vice President - Treasury

The Head of Banking, Treasury & Corporate Finance oversees the availability of financing avenues, maintains financial competitiveness, guides the organization's financial future, and facilitates informed decision-making through effective management of banking and trade finance operations.

Job Purpose:

- Ensure availability of appropriate financing avenues for smooth business operations.

- Maintain optimal blend of financial instruments for competitiveness.

- Manage banking and finance aspects to facilitate informed decisions.

Accountabilities:

- Manage Banking Operations

- Ensure seamless business functions.

- Require basic business and functional understanding.

KPI: Timely availability of financing instruments.

- Maintain and build strong relationships with Banks

- Facilitate timely availability of financing instruments.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

KPI: Strong banking relationships.

- Recommend financing plans and implement financial solutions:

- Ensure smooth transaction processes.

- Expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.

KPI: Successful implementation of financial solutions.

- Create scalable workflows and oversee treasury processes:

- Ensure uniform processes for ease of operations.

- Understanding of systems & processes.

KPI: Efficient and standardised treasury operations.

Key Relationships:

Internal: Finance & Accounts, Commercial, Procurement, Marketing,Export etc.

External: Banks & Financial Institutions, Related Regulatory Agencies

Education:

Post Graduation with a major in Finance.

Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant.

Experience:

20+ years' experience in Finance Department with expertise in Treasury, Forex, and Innovative Financial Instruments. Excellent banking relations. Should have worked in EPC's companies.

Desirable: 5 years' experience in similar roles in Mid Cap organisation's.
