Job Description :
- Develops processes for establishing and monitoring project plans, including the setting of milestones and deadlines, in consultation with business users.
- Develops project budgets, and manages all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.
- Manages highly complex, broad, and/or multi-year projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
- Develops detailed, robust, high-quality project plans including resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, dependencies, etc. for large scale, complex projects.
- Significantly recognizes the impact of even the slightest scope changes and how that may affect tasks and assignments in the future, and adjusts project plans and communicates accordingly.
- Acts as the first responder to risk, exposures, glitches etc. to projects and acts quickly either directly or by notifying supervisors or potential pitfalls and recommends solutions.
