This is not a -

1. Traditional transition lead role at all. This is a Transformation Leader role

2. This role in the market is larger than most Global roles in the marketplace with any of our competitors.

3. The role is not about managing headcount movement from clients to a delivery center. It's a much larger process strategy, Shared services transformation, technology transformation and RPA/AI setup.

- Direct Mobilization projects during Solution Realization and Service Transition activities.

- Define and implement processes, organization and operating infrastructures required to set up and begin operations of a new outsourcing engagement or assist in the transition of services from one operating entity to another.

- Responsible for programs across multiple work streams, which may include transitioning work to other geographies, and accountable for the success, effectiveness and on-time delivery of all the applicable deliverable within that work stream(s).

- Manage Mobilization resources.

- The scope of these transition activities may be multi-process and span multiple geographic areas. Account abilities Manage Mobilization Process Manages the mobilization process for clients

- Manage overall internal/external client relationships throughout the mobilization process including due diligence

- Support deal shaping by creating response materials for RFIs and RFPs

- Support Transition Program Mgmt in estimating costs and developing work plans

- Direct the transition of work (and people) activities through go-live for the client accounts to ensure successful transition through to delivery

- Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence

- Manage work streams across Service Transition program

- Lead detailed design and delivery of at least one component of the Solution Blueprint Execute the development and deployment of transition/mobilization deliverables

- Drive continuous improvement through the use of ADM service operations methods Executes improvements in speed, quality, cost and customer satisfaction in the delivery of products and services
