We have an excellent opportunity for a Transitions & BD Support Lead to help with Business Transitions scoping, prioritisation and implementation at Gurugram. The successful candidate would ideally have a background in Program Management & large scale Transitions in the Financial Services industry.
Detailed Role & Responsibilities:
Business development & Client engagement :
- Actively partner with business teams & client partners on scoping, feasibility analysis, costing & prioritisation of processes for offshoring to GFS
- Develop strong business case including key value propositions and syndication of same with key senior stakeholders
- Perform cost and benefit analysis for potential projects in partnership with onshore & offshore teams
- Participate in the development of long range strategic planning for PMO team
- Solution Identification, Transitions & Execution
- Successfully manage large business transitions from opportunity assessment through to benefits tracking and closure while providing regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the due-diligence, feasibility analysis and solutioning effort for respective Business entities
- Support Identification, finalization of scope of work and develop project charters to provide win-win solutions to the businesses on site and off site
- Implement full transitions methodology across all transition projects
- Act as a strong solution architect and work through required process mapping, value stream mapping and establish roadmap from - As-Is- to - Target End State
Skills & competency required :
- Technical skills and Business Knowledge
- Program/Project management skills
- Experienced in leading and implementing operational and business changes.
- Proven track record of financial results from the application of process improvement methodologies, and effective change management.
- Highly developed analytical, quantitative and data analysis aptitude.
- Strong experience in understanding the operational risk governance framework and relevant risk mitigation & controls in outsourcing environment across programs as part of
Senior level mandates.
Experience/Certifications required:
- End to end Transition/ Solution Design experience is a must
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 certification desirable
- Six Sigma Black/ Green Belt/ Lean certification with experience of delivering high impact projects
- Sound knowledge of the Financial/Banking Services industry & Global Shared Services Operating models. Peer experience of Banking is mandatory and experience of Investment Banks is desirable
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and methodologies including DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, and Workout tools, problem solving / root cause analysis and process management
