Vice President - Transformation - NBFC

Mandatory Qualification:

MBA- Full time

12+ years of experience

- Experience from Indian NBFC/ Banks

- PMP, Six Sigma Certification

Role :

As a Transformation Champion, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Working on large transformation projects (Digital/System and Process). Will be working on ground level execution.

- Will be working on projects in lending, collections, customer life cycle . Managing pilot managers based on geographies to handle the operations.

Will be involved in :

- Design, develop and delivery of feasible operating model, transformation models

- Functional scoping and bench marking

- Agree upon timelines, milestones and pilot scoping / success criteria

- Conduct pilots in control groups and extended pilots

- Design and develop execution cook book to support rapid scale up by BAU teams

- Setup trouble shooting methodologies and handover to BAU teams
