The Role Responsibilities - Responsible for the work-stream deliverables including planning, initiative execution, monitoring and on-time delivery of the agreed action plan. - Responsible for coordinating between the various groups / teams to ensure that end-to-end delivery of the work-streams is as planned. - Responsible for commercializing the capabilities being delivered under the various work-streams / programs across the bank. - Responsible for monitoring the various work-streams / programs and the program financials (revenue and cost) - Lead the weekly / fortnightly working group meetings of the various work-streams / programs and provide guidance and oversight. - Responsible for escalating the issues that are not going to be addressed by the current work-streams to ensure that they are either added to the existing or agree to create a new work-stream - Responsible for working with the Trade Product team, Data, Digital &amp; Platforms team, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure that we the data requirements including data privacy issues are appropriately handled. - Responsible for maintaining and managing the financials including the FTEs and project investments for the current year and plan for future
